We have been asked to participate in a research study about Beekeeper Health and Wellness. The goal is to better understand beekeepers’ experiences and perspectives.
Taking part in this survey is voluntary. You may choose not to participate, and you may stop at any time without penalty.
Your responses are anonymous – your answers will not be connected to your name. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter a raffle for prizes. If you choose to enter the raffle, you will be redirected to a separate form where you can provide your contact information. This ensures that your survey answers remain anonymous.
Only members who meet the eligibility criteria should complete the survey. If you are under 18, or if you are not an active beekeeper please do not participate. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
