Some updates for our upcoming conference in Kentucky from Monday, July 27 to Friday, July 31, 2026. Check in and events kick off on Sunday, July 26 and we hope to see you there.
First, registration remains open until July 10, 2026. If you have not yet registered, please visit our EAS 2026 Short Course & Conference Registration to do so. You will need to log in to Wild Apricot. For assistance, please send a note to registrar@easternapiculture.org.
Registration includes special events like the Honey Show, Honey Exchange, and paid workshops such as Honey Tasting, Queen Rearing, and Paper Microscopes. More details are available on the paper form at 2026 EAS Registration FINAL.pdf
Also, sign-up for Volunteering at the Short Course & Conference is now open. Please note that you must be registered to volunteer (we will have to cancel your volunteer slot if you are not registered). Please use the volunteer sign-up link to select your volunteer sessions. Note that there are multiple tabs available with different volunteer options.
Finally, the EAS Store is now open. You can order Conference T-shirts for pickup at the conference. Please note that we CANNOT deliver shirts through the mail; they are only for pick-up (at the conference!). Store closes on July 1 and there will be very limited merchandise available at the conference. So order online by visiting the store at the Store link.
